About The Meadows

We’re a South Charlotte community of 118 three- and four-bedroom townhomes, located just south of Fairview Road, less than a mile west of the intersection of Fairview and Providence Road. (See the Google map.)

Kids here attend three of Charlotte’s premier public schools: Sharon Elementary School, Alexander Graham Middle School, and Myers Park High School.

The Meadows is close to great restaurants and shopping:  One of Charlotte's very best restaurants, Barrington's, is an easy walk down Simsbury Road to Foxcroft East Shopping Center.  In this center also are the popular Foxcroft Wine Co. (a wine bar and retail shop), the kid-friendly Brixx Wood-Fired Pizza, Caribou Coffee, and a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream parlor.

Phillips Place, with a ten-screen Regal movie theatre, high-end retail shops and excellent restaurants, is just a mile away down Fairview Road and the nationally known SouthPark Mall is a quarter-mile farther down Fairview.

A Fresh Market, a large Harris Teeter supermarket (known to locals as the “Taj Mah-Teeter”), and Charlotte’s only Whole Foods Market are all within a mile of us.
