Amenities at The Meadows
Clubhouse - Our clubhouse has a large meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen, HD-TV and Wi-Fi. Our Board meets here. Homeowners may rent the clubhouse for a nominal fee for meetings, concerts, parties, exercise classes, and more. To reserve the clubhouse please email Amy Kinney Hicks at ahicks@keycmi.com.
Swimming Pool - Pool season generally runs from late May to early October. Because a number of our residents like to get in a swim before work, the pool opens at 6:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm.
Foxcroft East Racquet and Swim Club - The club is located in our neighborhood across Fairview Road, but requires separate membership. The club has a six-lane, 25-meter pool with a diving board and slide, a splash pool, and five newly resurfaced tennis courts (three lighted). Membership is limited to 270 families annually. Foxcroft East homeowners (including Meadows homeowners) receive priority membership acceptance and discounted initiation fees.
Walking Trails - With our neighbor, the Foxcroft East Homes Association, we maintain some two miles of shady, widely used walking trails that wind through the communities.
Playground - With Foxcroft East we maintain a playground (swings, slides and other equipment) along the walking trail on our western side. This is a great, safe place where kids can play and meet new friends from the neighborhood. And there are benches for moms and dads and grandparents.
