Up front addresses Arlington Downs Blvd and Prescott
Trash pickup is once per week on Tuesday (Green Bins)
Recycling is every other week on Tuesday (Blue Bins)
Yard waste is done every other Tuesday. (Blue Bins)
Back addresses (brick dumpsters) Gelderland and Marquis Ct
Trash pickup is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Recycling bins are emptied twice monthly.
Large items are not to be left in the dumpster enclosures . Rule of thumb is if you cannot get the item into the dumpster, you need to call a service to cart it away . Cardboard boxes should be flattened and left to the back. Rugs, furniture and mattresses are to be disposed of by the resident. These are frequently placed in the brick enclosure causing pile up issues and filth. The HOA has to pay to have such items removed. You can call God Bless USA at 704-708-5872 or any other vendor you choose for special pickups.
Once per year the Town of Stallings will pick up bulk items if placed at curb. The bulk items must be put out on Monday for the pickup. You should not leave any bulk items at the curb over the weekend or in the rain. This is free.
