Information for Real Estate Signs

Wyndham Hall has a very strict real estate sign policy, there is only one type of sign that is allowed in the neighborhood. The HOA has one (1) sign that can be rented for use for a fee of $50 plus a $100 deposit that will be returned when the sign is returned. This includes a post and sign; the agent contact information is the only change that need to be made for the sign to be ready for use. Please know that no signs are allowed in the windows and open house signs may be placed out the day of the open house and removed by that evening.

When listing, please list the property as in Marvin and in the Wyndham Hall neighborhood. Our neighborhood children attend the following public schools: Marvin Elementary School, Marvin Middle School and Marvin Ridge High School.
